Processing Time - وقت المعالجة

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

يتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 3-5 أيام عمل. لا يتم شحن أو تسليم الطلبات في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates - أسعار الشحن وتقديرات التسليم

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

سيتم حساب رسوم الشحن لطلبك وعرضها عند الدفع.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking - تأكيد الشحن وتتبع الطلب

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

ستتلقى رسالة إلكترونيًا لتأكيد الشحن بمجرد شحن طلبك يحتوي على رقم (أرقام) التتبع الخاص بك. سيكون رقم التتبع نشطًا خلال 24 ساعة.

Customs, Duties and Taxes - الجمارك والرسوم والضرائب

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن أي رسوم جمركية وضرائب مطبقة على طلبك. جميع الرسوم المفروضة أثناء أو بعد الشحن هي من مسؤولية العميل (التعريفات الجمركية، الضرائب، إلخ).

Damages - الأضرار

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي منتجات تالفة أو مفقودة أثناء الشحن. إذا استلمت طلبك تالفًا، يرجى الاتصال بشركة الشحن لتقديم مطالبة.

International Shipping Policy - سياسة الشحن الدولي

We currently do not ship outside Egypt.
